When will my order arrive?

All Still Thriving Club items are printed to order — just for you. Please allow 7 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • 🇬🇧 UK: 2–3 days via Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • 🌍 International: 7–14 days via Royal Mail Tracked

You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays outside our control.

How much does shipping cost?

  • 🇬🇧 UK: £4.99 (free on orders over £50 🎉)
  • 🌍 International: £12 (free on orders over £100 🎉)

What if my order is lost or delayed?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at hello@stillthrivingclub.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and sort it out for you. 🤍

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is made to order just for you, we don't accept change-of-mind returns.

Wrong size? Not a problem — if your item isn't the right size, return it to us unworn and in its original condition within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake it in the right size for you. Just get in touch with your order number and we'll sort it.

Faulty or incorrect items are always covered too. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Only possible before printing starts — usually within 24 hours of placing your order. Please get in touch ASAP at hello@stillthrivingclub.com if you need to make any changes.

What about customs and import taxes for international orders?

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We're also unable to cover return shipping costs for international orders unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
