Welcome to Still Thriving Club.
By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payments

All payments must be made in full at checkout.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without prior notice.

Shipping

All Still Thriving Club items are printed to order to reduce waste.
All orders are made to order and dispatched within 7 working days.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK: 2–3 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays outside our control.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is on its way.

We ship to selected international destinations. If shipping isn't available at checkout for your location, please contact us at hello@stillthrivingclub.com.

Shipping Costs

  • UK – £4.99 (free on orders over £50)
  • International – £12 (free on orders over £100)

Returns & Replacements

All items are made to order. Wrong size? We'll remake it — just get in touch within 14 days. Return the item to us unworn and in its original condition and we'll sort a remake in the right size.

We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering or contact us if you're unsure — we're always happy to help.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact hello@stillthrivingclub.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because items are printed to order, cancellations or changes are not possible once production has started.
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. If production has not yet begun, we'll do our best to help.

Missing or Lost Parcels

If you believe your order is lost or hasn't arrived, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and assist where possible.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are handled by the carrier.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content on this website are the property of Still Thriving Club and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Liability

Still Thriving Club is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products, except where required by law.

Your Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your 14-day right to cancel where applicable.
