Orders & Payments

All payments must be made in full at checkout.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without prior notice.

Shipping

All Still Thriving Club items are printed to order to reduce waste and avoid fast fashion.

Orders are typically printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.


Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK: 5–7 business days
  • International: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays outside our control.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is on its way.

We ship worldwide. If shipping isn’t available at checkout for your location, please contact us at hello@stillthrivingclub.com.

Returns & Replacements

All items are made to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Normal wear and tear

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering or contact us if you’re unsure, we’re always happy to help.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact hello@stillthrivingclub.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because items are printed to order, cancellations or changes are not possible once production has started.

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. If production has not yet begun, we’ll do our best to help.

Missing or Lost Parcels

If you believe your order is lost or hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier and assist where possible.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are handled by the carrier.

All designs, logos, images, and content on this website are the property of Still Thriving Club and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
