Refund policy

Because every item is made to order just for you, we don't accept change-of-mind returns.

Wrong size? No problem. If your item isn't the right size, simply return it to us unworn and in its original condition within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake it in the right size for you. Just contact us with your order number and we'll sort it.

Faulty or Incorrect Items — If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. This applies to both UK and international orders.

International Orders — We're unable to cover the cost of return shipping for international orders unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations & Order Changes — Only possible before printing starts — usually within 24 hours of ordering. Please get in touch ASAP if you need to amend your order.
