All Still Thriving Club items are printed to order to reduce waste. That means your order is made especially for you.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order and dispatched within 7 working days.

Shipping Costs

• UK – £4.99 (free on orders over £50)
• International – £12 (free on orders over £100)

Delivery Times

• UK delivery: 2–3 days after dispatch
• International delivery: 7–14 days after dispatch

You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

Returns & Replacements

I want you to feel good about your purchase. Comfort matters here.

Made to order — wrong size? We'll remake it. Just get in touch within 14 days.

If your item isn’t the right size, simply return it to us unworn and in its original condition and we'll remake it in the right size for you. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and we'll sort it.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, I'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

I'll fix it as quickly and kindly as possible.

A Quick Note About Made-to-Order Items

Because each piece is made just for you, I can’t offer change-of-mind returns, but sizing issues and faults are always sorted. If you're unsure about sizing or anything else before ordering, please check the size guide or reach out. I'm a human behind this brand, not a warehouse.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because all items are printed to order, cancellations or changes aren't possible once an item has entered production. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact me as soon as possible. If production hasn't started yet, I'll do my best to help.
