This is the one I made for myself first.

The affirmations on the back aren’t motivational quotes from the internet.

They’re the truths I had to learn the hard way. The ones I whispered to myself in therapy, in bed at 3am, on the bathroom floor.

This hoodie was created for survival days.

The days where just being here is the win.
